Alert Level 2 Restrictions in Wales from 26th December 2021

All of Wales is now at Alert Level 2. Although retail spaces can currently remain open, we are allowing our staff to work at home where possible. This means that our phone lines will be operated both in the office and remotely, so please be patient if you can't get through straight away! Viewings are still going ahead, but we are asking all clients to observe COVID guidelines:

- please practice 2m social distancing

- all staff and clients to wear masks when indoors and to use hand sanitiser on entry

- only one household to view at any one time.
