Coronavirus Update 10th July

We welcome today's announcement from Mark Drakeford, Wales' First Minister, regarding the further easing of lockdown measures in Wales. We are still permitted to conduct valuations, in-person viewings for vacant properties,  and can allow ongoing sales to proceed. However, viewings of occupied properties are still not permitted. These restrictions will be reviewed again on the 27th July. We ask all potential purchasers to be patient as we comply with these regulations.
