Our business terms are available on request and comply fully with The Estate Agents Act 1979, other legislation and relevant codes of practice. We usually provide services on a Sole Agency basis but will also consider Joint or Multiple Agency arrangements - please feel free to discuss this with us.

Our standard fee is 1.5% of the selling price which is only chargeable on the successful sale of your property. For this we include all the services you would expect from a local agent as well as bespoke marketing services to suit your particular circumstances.

We are able to offer enhanced services such as professionally produced videos, virtual tours or professional photography. We will discuss these options with you when we provide you with an initial market valuation. Examples of our videos can be seen under the Sales Tab above.
